Ristorante Grillo, expression of the finest Italian culinary culture, is a very special place where excellent food and outstanding wines fuse together will make your dinner a unique experience.
Grillo is now one of the most appreciated fine dining restaurants in the area, all thanks to Patrizia and Antonio Sironi, who have been leading the restaurant with love and passion since 1983.
Through the continuous evolution of new flavors, artistic combinations and its cosy and elegant atmosphere, Grillo has become a wonderful and enjoyable reality.
Exquisite service with delicious Italian cuisine! Our dishes are greatly influenced by the seasons, which is a driving factor of the restaurant. Fresh produce is purchased daily by our chef, who also changes the daily specials according to what we have to offer, combining tradition and innovation of Italian gastronomy. Musts in the menu are the homemade pasta, the seasonal vegetables and the precious meats from Piedmont, served in autumn with the best truffles that Alba has to offer. We also take pride in supporting the local producers, and as such, we procure fresh Missoltini from Lake Como and the finest selection of Italian cheeses, all of which participate to make the dining experience full and rich.
Situated in an ancient farmstead and surrounded by the tranquility of nature, Ristorante Grillo is the perfect place for a refined evening with family and friends. Celebrations such as weddings and parties are also a great occasion to enjoy the atmosphere of Grillo.
The farmstead also offers three tennis courts and over 100 horses, all of which are available for you to provide fun and entertainment for the family. The Golf Club Villa D'este, acclaimed in Italy as being one of the best, is situated a short 1 minute away by car from the restaurant.
Pride of the restaurant are the secular plan tree under which lunches are served in summer time and the ancient cellar from the 18th century brought to its original charm and beauty by a recent renovation and proudly available now for wine tastings and private events.
The restaurant is ideally located near the crossroads that links Italy to Northern Europe. (50 minutes from Milan, 50 minutes from Fiera Milano Rho while only 10 minutes from the gorgeous Como lake and 20 minutes from Switzerland.)
